Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Mood Therapy order. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right.

Because many of our products are made specifically for you when your order is placed, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

SIZING

Please double-check the size chart provided on the product page before ordering.

Because our apparel is made to order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if the wrong size was ordered.

If there is a manufacturing issue with the item you received, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

We begin processing orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once it has been placed.

If you notice an issue with your order, contact us as soon as possible and we'll see what we can do.

REFUNDS

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

LOST OR MISSING ORDERS

If your tracking information shows an issue with delivery or your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can help investigate.

If tracking shows that an order was successfully delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier.
